Can I upload my own pictures to make a poster?
Not in the current version of this site. Each poster is designed in a way to allow you to find a fun design, order, and have a quick
delivery. Custom work involves more communication than a website allows. However, if you are interested in a completely-custom
design, please contact us!
Do you have sample text for me to use?
Yes. Every poster is pre-filled with sample text to help you get started!
What if I make a mistake entering text?
We will spell-check your submission and contact you if we see any problems that need clarification.
How are these different from posters at other sites?
Our posters are actual photographic prints! They come from a photo lab that produces the same types of prints you would receive if you went to a portrait studio. Our 5x7 cards are printed on a quality paper that has a woven, textured feel to it. Other sites have printing processes that don't use the same high-quality papers and inks that our lab provides.
Additionally, these designs are completely unique to this site. You will not find them anywhere else! We put a lot of work into each design so that you can have something that's better than the plain announcement designs at other sites.
Can these designs be used for events other than birth announcements?
Absolutely! As an example, check out Get Ready To Rock Pink. This was used as a birthday party announcement for a 6-year-old. We've had clients use these designs for 'baby's coming/baby's here' announcements, as well as birthday/party announcements! To see a video testimonial, head over here.
How are the posters delivered?
Posters are delivered rolled. You can upgrade your poster to a masonite backing as well! Masonite is a sturdy material which helps your poster stand up-right on its own, and also helps it to last longer!
What frame options do I have?
We're excited to be working with a custom frame company to provide you with a high-quality, elegant black frame. All hanging hardware is included. You can order frames for both the 16x24 and 24x36 poster sizes. To see an example, click here.
What credit cards do you accept?
We take MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
How long does the processing take?
After your order is submitted, we will get to work creating your poster. The order will be submitted to our print lab and will be shipped to you in about 2 weeks. If you've requested framing, this may add an additional 3 days to our shipping time.
May I order expedited shipping?
Sure - just select the shipping option you prefer on checkout. Shipping is handled through UPS, and delivery times reflect after the order is shipped.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not available. However, if an order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will promptly submit a replacement order for you.

At BoxOfficeBaby.com, we take your security and privacy very seriously, because we love to shop online too. We never store credit card information, and we don't sell, rent or lease our customer information.
